In a building inspired by the architecture of a Dutch windmill, you will find Akademia Smaków (Academy of Flavours) restaurant, which will serve dishes inspired by very interesting, multicultural borderland cuisine. 

The facility will be a real haven for lovers of borderland cuisine and culture. Direct references to the heritage of our region can be found not only in the names of the dishes served, but also in the interior design and the waiters’ clothes, creating a unique atmosphere.

It is also planned that the unusual space will host events and culinary workshops for children and adults, food festivals and special events. The restaurant will offer local drinks, liqueurs and other traditional products created from old recipes.
