The reconstruction of the burnt down watermill on the Biała Łada River is connected to the establishment of the Borderland House – a Centre for Development, Information, Education and Promotion inside it.

The centre will serve functions related to development activities of the Biłgoraj sub-region and to the promotion of the area in the tourist, economic, cultural and social context.

The planned building will be suitable for organising events, meetings and interactive workshops in the fields of cultural, historical and geographical education.
