The planned restaurant will combine Polish and Jewish cuisine. It will offer more than regional specialities. 

A very important part of its operation will be popularisation of the history of the borderland region through various historical, cultural and artistic activities. 

Planned activities include klezmer and borderland music concerts, seminars and training sessions, presentations and film screenings about the former Biłgoraj, as well as Jewish and borderland cuisine workshops. The facility will be available for hosting outdoor and promotional events.
